Calling all metal merchants, collectors, and creators — the gates of Metal Relixx Expo are open! This is your chance to be part of the ultimate celebration of heavy metal culture — an event bringing together fans, collectors, musicians, and legends under one roof for a full day and night of memorabilia, merch, music, and mayhem.

What’s Happening:

  • Vendors offering rare metal merch, records, posters, shirts, instruments, and collectibles

  • Guest speakers, meet & greets, and live music

  • Exclusive memorabilia auction

  • Food, drinks, and a full day of heavy metal history in motion

  • Kids Zone where kids can get on stage and play

Vendor Opportunities:

All vendors will have their name or logo advertised on all MRE media and the Event Program. Bring your own tables, chairs, weights, and awning. If you need power at your booth, add $50 to the price below.

Request for Space at METAL RELIXX EXPO

This Application is a request only and therefore does not guarantee space is available until confirmed.

Please Note: Your application will not be accepted without acknowledgement that you have agreed to show rules and the addendum below.

Show Rules and Information:

  1. No application for space rental is acceptable unless this contract is printed, signed, and dated, or if the Exhibitor agrees fully by checking the “Agree to Show Rules” checkbox on the application form.
  2. Each exhibitor is obligated to honestly & properly present merchandise at this show. Reproductions, altered items or modified originals must be so identified. At the Show Producer’s sole discretion, and without liability to the exhibitor or anyone, failure to comply is ground to close the exhibitor’s display.
  3. Absolutely no sub leasing or selling your space to anyone!
  4. NO PETS ALLOWED (except for service animals. This excludes a service animal if it is out of control, not housebroken, or where the service animal might be seen as a threat). 
  5. Cancellation Policy: No refunds unless the entire space is resold.
  6. Signs: Maximum Size: Maximun size to match size of table, most tables don’t have a back wall and would be placed in front of table. Maximum Elevation Above Table: 24″ without prior consent by MRE. No overhead signs or banners. Show Management reserves the right to remove any signs that it considers inappropriate. Wall Tables may display a sign in back of the table not to exceed length of booth/table, with prior consent.
  7. Unforeseen Events: Metal Relixx Expo cannot guarantee Exhibitors protection from loss or insure against loss for any reason.
